Sodium borate
Declared content (%w/w):
21% Water-soluble Boron (B)
Solid fertiliser with a high boron content, totally soluble in water and with rapid foliar and root absorption. Its use is recommended as a preventive and as a corrector during the stages of increased metabolic activity.
Appearance = White powder
pH (solution 100 g/l) = 7.6
Apply following agronomic advice, based on analysis of soils and young leaves. The dosage range can be quite broad, depending on the degree of boron deficiency. It is recommended to make 1 to 3 applications per cycle depending on the crop, from the moment in which the plant has sufficient foliar mass and until prefloration. Do not use during flowering. Wait between 14 and 21 days between each application. The generic foliar dose is 250-500 g / hl, to be used according to technical criteria and deficit. The doses to be used per application are the following:
Foliar | Fertigation | |
Horticultural | 250-300 g/hl every 30 days | 3-4 kg/ha |
Olive | 200-500 g/hl, 20-30 days before flowering and in post-flowering | 3-6 kg/ha |
Citrus | 150-250 g/hl | 2-3 kg/ha |
Fruit trees | 150-250 g/hl | 2-3 kg/ha |
Vine | 150-250 g/hl | 2-3 kg/ha |
Nurseries | 100-200 g/hl | 1,5-2,5 kg/ha |
Alfalfa | 1-2 kg/ha after each cut (100 l water/ha) | --- |
Sunflower | 500 g/hl and expense of 5-10 kg/ha | --- |
Cotton | 500 g/hl and expense of 5-10 kg/ha | --- |
Beet | 500 g/hl and expense of 5-10 kg/ha | --- |
Colza | 500 g/hl and expense of 5-10 kg/ha | --- |
Ornamental | 0,5-1,5 kg/ha | --- |
Extensive | 0,5-1,5 kg/ha | --- |
